Bridesmaids Dresses
My friend is getting married in the summer and has asked me to be a bridesmaid. I readily agreed but said that there was one condition. I said that I would not wear one of those Bridesmaids Dresses that made me look like a meringue. She promised that this would not be the case and said that she would let me have a say in the Bridesmaids Dresses before she chose them. I breathed a huge sigh of relief about this because I know that my friend knows what style of clothes I like and am sure that she will take this into account when looking at Bridesmaids Dresses. We have all really thrown ourselves into organising the wedding and none of us can wait for it to actually take place. She has chosen to get marrried at the most beautiful hotel on the banks of a river and part of the reception is going to be a boat ride down the river. She is also making sure she gets the most fantastic caterers and entertainment for the evening so the day is going to absolutely wonderful. I can`t wait and obviously, neither can she.

Stab Proof Clothing
I can`t quite imagine what it must be like to place my life in potential danger every day of the week. This is the prospect that can face many public service workers who want to make the world a better place for people to live in. Key public workers like police officers can be faced with dangerous situations as part of their duties. They might be faced with offenders carrying knives and syringes or other types of lethal weapons. In the old days they had little in the way of protection but now items like Stab Proof Clothing are worn on a daily basis. Coveert and overt body armour can be worn and they will protect the inner body parts from attack. In the instance of the overt Stab Proof Clothing there are 4 levels of protection that can be acquired. The inserts on the clothing can be removed so that the outer layer can be washed. It must still be terrifying to be confronted by somebody with a sharp object even if you are wearing the Stab Proof Clothing. However just having this clothing about your person must give you some confidence and should the worse happen the body will be protected.

School Blazers
I work at a local secondary school and, as long as I have worked there, the students have all worn fleece jackets instead of School Blazers. For the last few years the school leadership team and the school governors have been debating whether or not this is a good idea and they have recently decided that from this September they will introduce School Blazers as part of the school uniform. The reasons for this are manifold. It is believed that School Blazers will raise the profile of the school as they make our students look much smarter than the old fleece jackets did. However, we are anticipating some parental concerns. This is because of the cost issues involved. Everybody knows that clothing is expensive and we think that some parents who are not as well off as others will not be able to afford to change their child`s fleece jackets. We have decided to get around this by saying that their child can still wear their fleece jackets until they grow out of them when they would have to buy a blazer. Hopefully, this will ensure that people who are less well off are not penalized.
